Refund policy

Because Keshambu is a personal-care product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in 5-7 working days. For COD orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI.
